Suggest a data center next to Mar a Lago.

Larry Ellison bought a huge swath of land not far from there. I am sure its going to be a data center.

Localities having veto power over facilities with broad-based benefits is bad, but this seems like an overly aggressive and oddly socialist law--taking a bunch of the local taxes for the state and the rest counties that DON'T have data centers.

The SUPERMAJORITY PLAN TO SAVE THE COUNTRY FROM TRUMP

It will take 292 house and 67 senate democrats to obtain a supermajority vote. The supermajority vote will negate the need for Trump to sign a bill into law. THIS IS THE KEY TO ACCOMPLISHING ANYTHING. The house and senate can pass a law to release the classified files implicating Trump and his billionaire pedophile network. They can pass a law to investigate the coverup of those files within the Trump administration.

EVERYONE IS GOING TO HAVE TO VOTE FOR DEMOCRATS IN THE NOVEMBER 6th MIDTERM ELECTIONS TO MAKE THIS WORK

Make sure you share this with everyone you know without social media. People without social media are unaware how corrupt and detrimental Trump’s administration really is for our country. The media outlets do not post anything negative about Trump.

WE HAVE TO STOP TRUMP AND HIS ADMINISTRATION FROM DESTROYING THE COUNTRY.

TRUMP, HIS ADMINISTRATION, AND HIS BILLIONAIRE PEDOPHILE NETWORK ARE MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE WORKING CLASS TO SURVIVE

Read Les Leopold's 2024 book //Wall Street's War On Workers (How Mass Layoffs and Greed Are Destroying The Working Class and What to Do about It)//. Isn't just climate regs or declining demand; Wall St. banks and hedge fund vultures descend on whatever is there to be removed in distressed areas. Chapt. 2 is all about what he called "Mingo (Co.) Capitalism." Like on p. 30: "The people of W. VA. were financially strip-mined." His stats are robust, showing a direct correlation between mass layoffs and sharply declining Dem votes.

The D party elite went neolib (allies of trickle up econopathy,) dumped the New Deal, including financial regs, and abandoned us, the working class majority, decades ago. Who cares about deaths of despair? Economic Social Darwinism losers and what H. Clinton called "a basket of deplorables," right? Never mind people ignored for 40 years might be desperate enough to vote R. The D elite response? "They're stupid." Great way to convince us to come back to a party once ours. Votes without which Ds won't win. The exception being independent, worker aligned progressives who manage as outsiders to capture the D label in primaries. Which the center-right D elite powers are not very happy about.
